They Are A Wonderful Company With ❤️ Caring Representatives And Administrators Who Are Genuinely Concerned With Following The Rules Of Caregiving And Have Very Good Ethics.

Does not have 24 overnight support or weekend support. So no one is on call in case of emergencies. I also wasn’t paid this week for the last 3 days I worked with them. Goes to show they’re hurting for money - and they have less than a 100 caregivers. Definitely not the company I’d allow take care of anyone.

Everyone at Senior Helpers is very friendly. They are willing to work with any schedule for both caregivers and clients. They offer many training opportunities for caregivers. They make sure the clients are well taken care of and have additional resources should there be more care needed that caregivers cannot provide.

Senior Helpers of Mesa has been providing care for me for almost 4 years. I have had 3 different caregivers who have each spent over a year with me. All three have been great matches and I enjoy when they come to visit. Currently, my caregiver helps me 4 hours per day during the weekdays when my daughter and son-in-law work. She takes me to physical therapy, doctor's appointments, events with my friends, and grocery shopping if I want something special. Since I don't drive, I am very happy I have the help to get out of the house whenever I want. On the occasions where my regular caregiver is sick or needs personal days, the office is very easy to work with and always is able to provide me a replacement caregiver. They really listened to me when I told them what I am looking for and they are always responsive if I need anything. The office has also provided ongoing training for my caregivers over the years. My caregivers have also mentioned that they like working there, which makes me feel comfortable also. Overall, it has been a very good experience and I would highly recommend Senior Helpers to anyone needing care or other assistance.
